Agreement to Comply

By using the website algheroconcierge.com, you agree to comply with all the Terms of Service set forth herein related to the website and all concierge services.

Alghero Concierge only suggests arrangements for accommodations, services, events, tours and transportation. We disclaim responsibility or liability for injury, damage, delay or accident by you or any third party in connection with any of the services or products suggested. Your contractual relationship with respect to all service arrangements suggested by Alghero Concierge shall be specifically with the provider and any claims or losses will be between you and the provider in accordance with the terms of the provider's contractual agreement. Alghero Concierge will not be liable to you or third party for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages (including but not limited to loss of business opportunity, profits or lost savings) arising in any way related to the use of Alghero Concierge’s website and all concierge services.

You are aware of the risks associated with travel and freely accept all responsibility of these risks including the possibility of personal loss or injury that could result from travel. You agree to indemnify Alghero Concierge from any and all liability related to personal loss, personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of our website and all concierge services. Alghero Concierge will not be held responsible for the willful or negligent acts and or omissions of third party service providers including their employees or representatives including without limitation, their failure and or inadequacy of services.

Payment

Alghero Concierge accepts wire transfers, Visa or Master Card and Paypal. Payment is required before service will be rendered. Any eventual refund will be credited with the same form of payment used. 50% deposit is required in order to have your services and bookings confirmed.
Balance is due no later than 30 days before arrival, if not otherwise specified.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Unless otherwise specified, cancellation fees apply accordingly:

  • Until 31 days prior to arrival date: full refund of the deposit
  • 30 days or less prior to arrival date: No refund

TRAVEL INSURANCE: We strongly encourage you to buy travel insurance at the time of booking in the event you must cancel and forfeit funds or in the unfortunate case of injury or loss. We also suggest checking with your credit card company as often they provide limited travel coverage.
